Police Brutality on Races

For this project I hope to compare on how each race is treated by police. I will try to interview an officer and ask what are the protocols when making an arrest and when it is okay to be aggressive. Also I hope to make an impact on the community and help them know their rights. This project might help save a life from police brutality.
